Mycelium Sona Biotech inaugurated its research lab in Salem.

Mycelium Sona Biotech, a new joint venture of The Sona Group and Australia’s Mycelium Biotechnology, opened its research facility in Salem. Mr. C. Valliappa, Chairman of The Sona Group; Mr. Chocko Valliappa, MD of Mycelium Sona Biotech; and Mr. Richard Jabara, Advisor and Investor of Mycelium Biotechnology, were present at the event on 21st April 2022.

An Australia-registered biotechnology industry, Mycelium Biotech Services PTY Ltd, joins hands with The Sona Group forms Mycelium Sona Biotech Private Limited, a stakeholder for the Australian company in India. The Sona Group’s Chairman, Mr. C. Valliappa, and Vice-Chairman, Mr. Chocko Valliappa, set the new business in motion.
